PhD IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND INTEGRATION
The goal of the PhD in Sustainable Development and Integration course of study is to train best-in-class researchers with the ability to focus on society’s current problems both in the public and private sectors, allowing for a more comprehensive and dynamic vision of all social stakeholders based on the paradigm stemming from sustainable development and international integration.

Course duration: Two years (up to 1 additional year for seminars and electives) + Thesis

OBJECTIVES:
- Lead cross-functional working groups in activities focused on sustainable development and integration, fostering the creation of networks.
- Perform innovative and independent research on sustainable development at the local, regional and/or international level.
- Promote or organize NGOs to foster integration in different arenas, from culture to commerce, including the management of shared natural resources and migration.
- Advise public and/or private institutions on the preparation and follow-up of sustainability programs and projects.
- Plan, develop, and lead intervention programs and projects from a cross-functional perspective by following a sustainable development approach.
